Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ALMISBAH CAR HUB. Please refer below for the types of refund we offer for the services we provide.

Booking Charge

In case of a booking failure, the booking amount will be automatically refunded within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the banks to process your refund once the refund has been initiated from our side.

No refund of booking charge will be provided on successful booking of vehicles. But note that your final bill will have a discount equivalent to the booking charge you would pay during the time of booking.

Deposit

Deposit made at the pickup site will be refunded post handover of the vehicle within 3-7 business days after deducting any damages, FastTag charges, Maintenance charges and any applicable fines due to traffic violations.

Pay Now Button

The Pay Now button in the home page is an optional feature offered by ALMISBAH CAR HUB to allow customers to pay their full booking charges online and opt for EMI facility if required.

These are mandated amounts which are owed to ALMISBAH CAR HUB by the customer and are non-refundable.
